MINIMUM STAY: 2 NIGHTS
The offer includes: the use of the systems (water and energy supplies, heating and air conditioning); complete linen (kitchen, bathroom and bedroom), and cleaning with weekly changing; a little kitchen tools equipment; car park and/or garage inside the fabricate.
N.B. The monthly price list doesn’t include the linen and the weekly cleaning. Week rate: € 40 ,00(bedsits) and € 50,00 (flats).
Obligatory Final Cleaning to pay on the premises (5/7 nights stays): € 45,00 (bedsits) and € 60,00 (flats). Payment in advance for the period of stay is requested with deposit of 30% at the moment of reservation: € 300,00 for any kind of apartment.
